<p>Job Title: Superintendent</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>We are seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading multiple crews on daily projects, maintaining customer relationships with general contractors, and ensuring the timely completion of tasks. You should be proficient in reading blueprints and using Microsoft Office programs for daily reporting. A clean driving record and background are required.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Read and interpret blueprints. </li><li>Lead multiple crews on daily projects. </li><li>Self-motivate and schedule tasks efficiently. </li><li>Maintain customer relationships with general contractors. </li><li>Take information from estimating to complete projects. </li><li>Use Microsoft Office programs for daily reports, spreadsheets, and delivery tickets. </li><li>Identify issues in advance of crews working and develop solutions with contractors. </li><li>Control the quality of installations on-site to ensure timely project completion. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in reading blueprints. </li><li>Experience leading multiple crews. </li><li>Ability to use Microsoft Office programs for daily reporting. </li><li>Strong customer relationship management skills. </li><li>Ability to identify and solve issues proactively. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>OSHA certification (preferred). </li><li>At least 1 year of experience working with a construction company. </li><li>Experience in construction, flooring, and construction management. </li><li>Safety knowledge. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>Our team provides flooring solutions for several commercial and multi-family projects. The Superintendent will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and timely completion of projects.
