<p>Director of Behavioral Systems & Implementation</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>Choice Schools Associates is seeking a dynamic Director of Behavioral Systems & Implementation to lead the development, training, and coaching of system-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) across all tiers. This critical role ensures that schools implement behavior systems with fidelity, equity, and alignment to MICIP goals.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead PBIS implementation and coach school teams across Tiers I-III.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide training in MTSS, CPI, KIP, 504s, and threat assessment procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Support behavior data analysis, behavior plans, and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).</p> </li><li> <p>Guide school teams in restorative practices and social-emotional learning (SEL).</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate monthly coaching for Student Advocate Teams and collaborate with school leaders.</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a liaison with internal stakeholders and external behavioral consultants.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Required: Bachelor's degree, K-12 experience, strong communication, and project management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Preferred: Master's degree or administrative certification, PBIS implementation experience, knowledge of SEL and adult professional development.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel: Frequent travel required.
