<p>As a Facilities Specialist with American Family you will be responsible for providing program administration, vendor management and physical site inspection services related to building infrastructure and environments company buildings. You will ensure the building asset protection, expense efficiency, vendor performance, and proactive maintenance operations and operational, capital planning.</p> <p>In this primarily office-based role, you will be expected to spend at least 80% of your time (4+ days per week) working from one of the following office locations(s): Madison, WI 53783</p> <p>Position Compensation Range:</p> <p>$29.91 - $49.52</p> <p>Pay Rate Type:</p> <p>Hourly</p> <p>Compensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
