<p>We are looking for a residential Building Concierge to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our residents and guests.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Greeting and assisting residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner</p> <ul> <li>Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages, and handling requests </li><li>Managing the front desk, lobby, and mailroom areas, ensuring they are clean and organized </li><li>Coordinating deliveries, packages, and mail for residents </li><li>Monitoring and reporting any security or maintenance issues in the building </li><li>Maintaining records of visitors, contractors, and service providers </li><li>Providing information and referrals to residents and guests as needed </li><li>Cleaning the common areas, amenities, and elevators as part of the position </li><li>Supporting the property manager and the maintenance staff with administrative tasks </li><li>Performing other duties as assigned by management. </li></ul> <p>#FQM1</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift 50 lbs, to bend, reach, lift and carry. </li><li> <ul> <li>At least one year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or related field </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>A friendly, positive, and professional attitude and appearance </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>The ability to work independently and as part of a team </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>The ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> </li><li> <ul> <li>The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings </li></ul> </li></ul> <p>Schedule: 3 overnights 11pm-7am 2 closings 3pm-11pm</p> <p>Payrate: 21.58-23.58</p>
