We specialize in residential roofing solutions and pride ourselves on a reputation built on trust and reliability.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Personal/Executive Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the owner and leadership team. This role requires a self-starter with strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments. </li><li>Handle personal errands and tasks for the owner as needed. </li><li>Assist with email correspondence, phone calls, and follow-ups. </li><li>Organize and maintain digital and paper files. </li><li>Prepare documents, presentations, and reports. </li><li>Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations. </li><li>Run occasional local errands (must have reliable transportation) </li><li>Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. </li><li>Support basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking receipts and expenses (experience with QuickBooks a plus) </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Previous experience as an executive or personal assistant preferred. </li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Strong written and verbal communication abilities. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. </li><li>Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities. </li><li>Discretion, reliability, and professionalism. </li><li>Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. </li><li>Familiarity with small business operations or construction/roofing industry is a plus. </li></ul>
