<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Senior OpenPages Configuration Engineer to support an in-flight OpenPages implementation currently in the solution decision phase across multiple modules. This role focuses on converting approved solution decisions into executable configuration deliverables using out-of-the-box OpenPages functionality, with a strong emphasis on avoiding customization. The ideal candidate is a hands-on, independent engineer with deep OpenPages configuration experience who can own build execution and ensure solutions meet customer requirements while remaining sustainable.</p> <p>Implementation Focus - Configuration delivery will follow this sequence:</p> <ul> <li>Operational Risk Management (ORM) - immediate priority </li><li>Risk & Control Management (RCM) - next phase </li><li>Model Risk Governance (MRG) or Business Continuity Management (BCM) - subsequent phase </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Translate solution decision documents into clear, build-ready configuration tasks </li><li>Convert solution designs into configuration projects and deployment-ready artifacts </li><li>Deliver solutions using out-of-the-box OpenPages capabilities whenever possible; Avoid custom development unless formally approved </li><li>Support configuration migration and promotion across environments </li><li>Create and maintain configuration documentation and decision traceability </li><li>Work independently while collaborating with solution leads, business analysts, and stakeholders </li><li>Support testing and resolve configuration-related defects </li></ul> <p>Configure OpenPages components including:</p> <ul> <li>Object models and relationships </li><li>Fields, views, questionnaires, and calculations </li><li>Workflows and workflow behaviors </li><li>Roles, groups, and security/access controls* Senior-level, hands-on experience configuring IBM OpenPages </li><li>Strong knowledge of OpenPages configuration concepts (workflows, object models, security, questionnaires, calculations) </li><li>Experience with Operational Risk Management and exposure to RCM, MRG, or BCM modules </li><li>Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of configuration delivery </li><li>Strong documentation, analytical, and troubleshooting skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with configuration migration and deployment activities </li><li>Familiarity with OpenPages implementation tools and utilities </li><li>Experience on large, multi-module OpenPages implementations </li><li>OpenPages certification or formal training </li></ul>
