If you're looking to expand your expertise in POS conversions, we want you on our team!</p> <p>THE ROLE:</p> <p>We are expanding our Deployment team and looking for an experienced Senior POS Installation Specialist with a strong background in Point of Sale system Conversions.</p> <p>This role will focus on installing, converting, and supporting POS systems, particularly for businesses transitioning to new platforms such as:</p> <p>Lightspeed</p> <p>QuickBooks POS</p> <p>Ruby POS</p> <p>Mitchell One</p> <p>As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end setup, migration, troubleshooting, and optimization of POS systems. You will ensure that businesses experience minimal downtime and a seamless transition during their system conversion.</p> <p>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:</p> <ul> <li>Manage POS system installations and conversions, specifically transitioning businesses from legacy systems to Lightspeed, QuickBooks POS, Ruby POS, and Mitchell One. </li><li>Provide technical support via email, phone, and remote access to assist merchants in setup and troubleshooting. </li><li>Work closely with POS resellers, vendors, and partners to ensure proper configuration and deployment. </li><li>Conduct POS system demonstrations for prospective clients to ensure they understand system functionality and features. </li><li>Assist merchants in setting up credit card terminals and peripheral hardware. </li><li>Configure, test, and ship POS hardware and software components. </li><li>Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network configuration issues to minimize disruptions. </li><li>Maintain detailed notes in the CRM system regarding installations, troubleshooting, and customer interactions. </li><li>Contribute to the Riverside Payments Knowledge Base to document solutions, best practices, and troubleshooting steps. </li><li>Order equipment and accessories as needed to support installations and conversions. </li><li>Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring merchants have a smooth transition to their new POS system. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE IN RETURN:</p> <ul> <li>A dynamic and engaging work environment with a team that values collaboration, learning, and success. </li><li>A competitive hourly rate of $30 - $35 per hour DOE. </li><li>A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, and more. </li><li>Career growth opportunities-we prioritize internal promotions and professional development. </li><li>Direct access to executive leadership and learning opportunities with industry experts. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in POS installations, focusing specifically on challenging or intricate integrations. </li><li>Expertise in POS system migrations, specifically with Lightspeed, QuickBooks POS, Ruby POS, and Mitchell One. </li><li>Strong background in merchant services, payment processing technologies, and POS integrations. </li><li>Experience working with CRMs or HelpDesk systems. </li><li>Proficiency in Google Drive and Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple tasks. </li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building. </li><li>A growth mindset-we are looking for someone eager to learn, improve, and excel every day. </li></ul> <p>READY TO JOIN US?</p> <p>We are excited to speak with qualified candidates as soon as possible!
