Your Role Matters - From scheduling appointments to comforting nervous clients, you'll be a key part of each family's care experience. What you'll be doing: Welcoming clients in person and by phone with empathy, professionalism, and kindness Managing appointments, patient check-ins, and check-outs efficiently Keeping records accurate and up to date in our digital systems (Cornerstone experience is a plus) Coordinating communications between clients and the veterinary team Handling payments, scheduling, and follow-up reminders with clarity and care Contributing to a clean, organized front desk and lobby environment Helping clients feel supported during routine visits and tough moments alike You are: Experienced in veterinary customer service, with 1-2 years of CSR experience preferred A natural people person who connects easily with clients and teammates Organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking in a busy environment Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating veterinary practice software and charts Compassionate and composed, even when conversations are challenging Available part-time (25-29 hours/week), including afternoons until 6 pm Monday-Thursday, until 4 pm Fridays, and one Saturday per month from 8 am to 3 pm The Benefits + Perks: Up to a 5% 401(k) match CE allowance and access to on-demand training Uniform allowance to keep you comfortable and confident Discounted care for your personal pets PTO for employees working 25+ hours per week A robust Employee Assistance Program full of resources and support Access to Encore Vet Group's education library for continued growth Ready to grow your career and make a difference?
