This position could be full or part time depending on subjects taught. Current schedule includes woodworking, welding and CAD/drafting. The district is open to courses in the construction, electrical or mechanical or ag related fields as well. Must hold a valid Kansas State Teaching License. The school buildings are located in Otis, which is located in eastern Rush County. Currently the enrollment is 195 students housed in two buildings, Pre-K through fifth grade and sixth through twelve. U.S.D. 403 continues to score well on state assessments and is proud to have a graduation rate higher than the state average.</p> <p>Individual Google Chromebooks are supplied to students in grades six through twelve and students in grades Kindergarten through five have individual i-Pads.</p> <p>Otis-Bison Elementary also offers educational services for pre-school students and a district day care is also available during school days.</p> <p>Several dual credit classes are offered at the high school level. Online programs are also offered to students to enrich their curriculum opportunities as well as being offered for credit recovery to provide students options to stay on track for graduation.</p> <p>Many extracurricular activities are available to Otis-Bison students.
