The eCredential is to be obtained within 30 days of hire.</p> <p>One of the following</p> <p>Current Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.) certificate for clinical practice in the State of Utah.</p> <p>Current license to practice as a Certified Social Worker in the State of Utah.</p> <p>This position is patient-sensitive and must fulfill all associated requirements. We protect our patients, coworkers and community by requiring all patient-sensitive employees to be immunized according to CDC standards and hospital policy.
