<p>Instructional Systems Designer</p> <p>Location: Littleton, CO</p> <p>Job ID: #71013</p> <p>Pay Range: $38-45</p> <p>The deadline to apply is 05/30/2025</p> <p>The Instructional Systems Designer, will play a critical role in supporting the Space Instructional Systems Design team with project management and development of learning and training products for our quality and HR business units. This position is responsible for applying instructional systems design methodologies and strong project management expertise to ensure the effective development of instructional material, training implementation, project schedule tracking, and training evaluation.</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience managing multiple projects at once working with course developers, customer stakeholders and </li></ul> <p>subject matter experts do deliver effective training.</p> <ul> <li>Experience developing training programs that exhibit end-to-end thinking (strategy, scope, analysis, budget </li></ul> <p>estimates, prioritization, planning, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple</p> <p>projects/tasks).</p> <ul> <li>Apply industry-recognized instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE and adult learning, to ensure the </li></ul> <p>development of high-quality training products.</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop training content, including instructor-led training, </li></ul> <p>online courses, and upskilling materials.</p> <ul> <li>Experience and ability to manage a large volume of projects and deliver a high degree of accuracy and timely </li></ul> <p>delivery.</p> <ul> <li>Ability to handle multiple tasks/actions by prioritize, manage disruptions and completing tasks in a timely </li></ul> <p>manner; ability to assess appropriate urgency with tasks.</p> <ul> <li>Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills </li></ul> <p>Desired Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience developing learning strategies based on consultancy outcomes, training programs, and curriculum </li></ul> <p>development.</p> <ul> <li>Experience providing learning design guidance and support to team SMEs on the implementation of best </li></ul> <p>practices for learning design.</p> <ul> <li>Google Suite, MS Office, Articulate Suite (articulate 360, Rise), TechSmith Suite (Camtasia, Snag it), Evolve, Adobe </li></ul> <p>Suite (InDesign, Captivate), Atlassian Suite (Confluence, Jira, Trello).</p> <ul> <li>Experience producing company-wide and program-level training solutions. </li><li>Experience with developing methods for the evaluation of learning & training program effectiveness. </li><li>Ability to understand technical material, processes, and cultures for purposes of learning & training solutions. </li><li>Experience in identifying, managing complex group dynamics, and reacting in real-time to changes in content, </li></ul> <p>priorities, and/or process.</p> <p>Benefits provided: 401K, medical, dental, and vision, sick time as applicable to state law</p> <p>Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
