<p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>Radiology Partners is currently seeking an experienced Director, Operations to join our team of practice management professionals in the Nevada area. This role is a unique opportunity to help build and lead a growing practice in a large healthcare market in Nevada. In addition, it is an outstanding opportunity for the practice management professional who desires a broader business consultative role by servicing hospital-based physician groups. As the Director, Operations you will act as the primary relationship manager and leader for our physician client groups. You will be responsible for building effective, service driven relationships and providing innovative business and clinical solutions to complex matters in their practice. The Director is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership, ensuring the delivery of quality care and customer satisfaction of the practice.</p> <p>WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO</p> <p>Radiology Partners, through its owned and affiliated practices, is a leading radiology practice in the U.S., serving hospitals and other healthcare facilities across the nation. Using a proven healthcare services model, Radiology Partners provides consistent, high-quality care to patients, while delivering enhanced value to the hospitals, clinics, imaging centers and referring physicians we serve.</p> <p>WHY RADIOLOGY PARTNERS</p> <ul> <li>Competitive Benefits package - Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from. </li><li>Compensation Reviews, Career Growth Opportunities </li><li>Flexible Remote Schedules </li><li>Generous PTO Plans and Paid Holidays </li><li>Great Place to Work Certified </li></ul> <p>POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Client Management </li><li>Manage mid- to large-scale daily operations, navigating varying types and complexities of hospital environments </li><li>Drive results through internal and external stakeholders, managing functional teams to ensure necessary outcomes are met </li><li>Facilitate and lead all client communication touch-points, understand critical points of failure and escalate appropriately, as necessary </li><li>Develop and deploy on comprehensive staffing plans, determine staffing needs, lead recruitment efforts of new physicians </li><li>Independently negotiate contract terms with physicians during the recruiting process • </li><li>Practice Management </li><li>Create operational strategies that consider implications beyond the current moment/week/etc. </li><li>Partner with both client and RP stakeholders to anticipate potential challenges and proactively create strategies and solutions </li><li>Optimize physician schedule and staffing plan for greater efficiency and cost effectiveness, while ensuring compliance with SLAs </li><li>Monitor demand vs. supply regularly and shift approach, as needed, to ensure budgets are met and long-term financial stability, while ensuring clinical needs are met (i.e. mitigating clinical gaps/shortages) </li><li>Culture & Leadership </li><li>Effectively navigate complex, challenging client relationships; diplomatically lead difficult conversations and manage issues (real or perceived) - in collaboration with field ops counterparts </li><li>Develop proactive change management strategies for projects/initiatives </li><li>Manage multiple projects or more complex projects, with limited oversight/direction, and serve as a SME for other teammates, functional leads, clients and physicians </li></ul> <p>DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>3 years prior relevant experience in healthcare administration, operations, project/portfolio management </li><li>Continuing education certificate/degree a plus (e.g. PMP, MHA, MBA) </li><li>Experience working closely with physicians and healthcare leaders </li><li>Requires a thorough understanding of customer relationship management, entrepreneurial based service delivery and an ability to adapt to a rapidly growing environment </li><li>Demonstrated leadership in a management environment with core skills of detail orientation, follow through, process design, excellent communication and relationship management </li><li>Experience managing individuals or teams is a plus </li><li>Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) </li></ul> <p>COMPENSATION</p> <p>The salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$130,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.</p> <p>Radiology Partners is an equal opportunity employer.
