This position will report to OneOncology's Vice President, Treasury & Risk and will be based in Nashville, TN. The role will manage all corporate insurance programs and will be a key contributor in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across OneOncology's burgeoning platform. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, critical thinking proficiency, and strong communication skills. The candidate must be customer centric and be able to balance the demands of a rapidly growing, complex entrepreneurial environment where ingenuity, rather than precedence, drives how things should be done.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage corporate insurance renewal process across all P&C and Financial lines of coverage, including data submissions, evaluation and selection of proposals, and premium allocations to relevant business units</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain inventory of practice-level coverages for use in analyzing risk exposures and identifying centralization opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate existing risk programs at M&A/affiliation targets to develop and implement integration strategy with broader OneOncology insurance program</p> </li><li> <p>Perform daily program administration activities such as submission and maintenance of outstanding claims, COI requests, annual audits, reporting, and addressing coverage questions from organizational stakeholders</p> </li><li> <p>Manage existing multiple broker relationships and evaluate opportunities to consolidate or expand broker group</p> </li><li> <p>Develop structure and administration approach around recently added professional liability coverages</p> </li><li> <p>Evaluate potential risk management systems solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business case and implementation strategy</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned to help drive our mission of improving the lives of everyone living with cancer.</p> </li></ul> <p>Key Competencies</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience in administering large corporate insurance programs, preferably in a healthcare setting</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage and analyze large data sets from multiple data sources</p> </li><li> <p>Adaptability to manage and optimize risk across complex legal structures and business platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including clinical, legal, operations, human resources, and executive teams</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree required</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field, including at least 2 years of corporate insurance/risk experience</p> </li><li> <p>Healthcare industry experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>CPHRM, CRM, CIC, or other relevant certifications a plus</p> </li><li> <p>In-office or hybrid preferred, but would consider remote for highly qualified candidate</p> </li></ul> <p>#LI-AN1</p>
