This is a high-impact contract role supporting critical hiring needs across product, platform, and corporate technology teams.</p> <p>This is a hands-on role focused on sourcing, engaging, and closing high-quality technical talent across multiple teams.</p> <p>You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers-translating technical needs into smart recruiting strategies, building strong candidate pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer.</p> <p>This role is well-suited for a recruiter who is proactive, data-driven, and confident operating in fast-moving environments with complex technical searches.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Partner with hiring managers to scope requirements, define recruiting strategies, and manage requisitions end-to-end </li><li>Lead proactive sourcing efforts for software engineering and IT talent using ATS, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels </li><li>Build and maintain strong pipelines of active and passive technical candidates </li><li>Personally engage and screen candidates, assessing technical alignment, motivation, and culture fit </li><li>Drive a high-touch, transparent candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up </li><li>Support interview processes, including coordination, feedback collection, and offer management </li><li>Use recruiting data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and advise stakeholders </li><li>Ensure ethical, compliant recruiting practices throughout the hiring lifecycle </li></ul> <p>What You Bring</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting software engineering and IT roles (corporate and/or agency) </li><li>Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and competitive hiring markets </li><li>Proven ability to source and engage passive technical talent </li><li>Excellent stakeholder-management and influencing skills </li><li>Comfort managing multiple requisitions in parallel </li><li>Experience using ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools </li><li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li></ul> <p>Contract & Culture</p> <p>This is a 6-month contract role offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to make immediate impact on high-priority technical hiring initiatives.
