Howden's core focus is on providing quality solutions for air and gas handling and have over a century of experiences in doing so.</p> <p>What Will You Do?</p> <p>Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions</p> <p>Perform TIG and MIG welding on a daily basis</p> <p>Reviews blueprints, work instructions, and job specifications to determine appropriate materials, tools, and procedures needed to complete processes</p> <p>Layout, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly, using straightedges, combination squares, calipers, and rulers</p> <p>Weld separately or in combination, using aluminum and stainless steel</p> <p>Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind, or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding</p> <p>Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures</p> <p>Maintain a clean and safe work area</p> <p>Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…</p> <p>Ability to lift up to 25lbs. Wear all required PPE standards including a welding helmet. Standing for long periods of time. Stooping, and pending.</p> <p>Your Experience Should Be...</p> <p>High School diploma or GED.</p> <p>3 plus years of welding experience</p> <p>Must possess mechanical aptitude</p> <p>Excellent communication skills</p> <p>Detail oriented</p> <p>Ability to multi- task</p> <p>Current and valid certification a plus</p> <p>Ability to work overtime as needed</p> <p>Our Benefits Package...</p> <p>Medical, dental, vision and host of other benefits.</p>
