<p>We are seeking a qualified candidate with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to do what it takes to succeed, for our Terminal Operator opening at our Louisville, KY Operation.</p> <ul> <li>Operate heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, skid steers, </li><li>Loading and unloading of inbound and outbound trucks and rail cars </li><li>Perform routine equipment checks and report any mechanical or safety concerns promptly </li><li>Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and operational guidelines to maintain a safe work area </li><li>Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free terminal environment </li><li>Maintaining and operating facilities and equipment; general maintenance </li><li>Participate in safety meetings, training sessions, and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives </li><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent required </li><li>Previous equipment operating experience (e.g., loader, backhoe, skid steer, etc.) is preferred </li><li>Working knowledge of material handling systems, including pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical components; a plus </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with the Terminal Manager and effectively collaborate with the team </li><li>Demonstrated commitment to safety, including following established procedures, promoting safe work practices, and actively helping maintain a safe working environment </li></ul>
