Through our focuses on Safety throughout our facilities, Quality of products produced for our customers, Communication at all levels, Growth of not just our locations but also of our employees in their careers, and Performance with our ability to meet deadlines and goals for ourselves and our customers, we pride ourselves on the brand we have created and continue to grow.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The position is responsible for completing repairs, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting emergency maintenance problems of all conveying systems, fabrication, and modification of components to improve manufacturing processes, performing changeovers of equipment, and maintaining records, logs, and files as required. Must have the ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Ability to follow the direction of the Process Maintenance Supervisor and perform tasks as assigned. </li><li>Perform preventive and proactive maintenance activities. </li><li>Communicate cross-departmentally to resolve needed repairs to equipment. </li><li>Participate in shift change meetings. </li><li>Assist with project work including contributing to needs assessment, process evaluation, project timeline management, drawings, and vendor/contractor communications. </li><li>Complete the paperwork required to document the completion of assignments. </li><li>Ensures compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations, requirements, and codes. </li><li>All other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of three (3) years of experience in troubleshooting industrial controls in a circuit, experience installing and programming VFDs; troubleshooting 3 phase motor circuits and PLCs and HMI Programs. </li><li>Experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, food/beverage preferred. </li><li>Must have the ability to troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. </li><li>Strong computer skills required. </li><li>Selected candidates must be willing to work any shifts, weekends when necessary to cover the needs of the business. </li></ul> <p>Competences</p> <ul> <li>Attention to Detail </li><li>Commitment to Task </li><li>Communication </li><li>Decision Making and Problem Solving </li><li>Initiative </li><li>Innovation </li><li>Quality </li><li>Teamwork </li></ul> <p>City Brewery is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and all applicants will be considered without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran, or disability status.</p>
