<p>Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Actalent is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in the Pottstown, PA area. Qualified candidates will have experience with industrial maintenance, preventative maintenance, and maintenance supervisory skills. Candidates will also lead a team of technicians in maintaining and improving facility operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for keeping systems running smoothly and safely. Please contact Jake at (610) 814-7180, or apply to this posting for immediate consideration.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily maintenance operations, including preventive and corrective tasks. </li><li>Lead, train, and mentor maintenance staff to ensure high performance and safety compliance. </li><li>Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment reliability. </li><li>Manage work orders, prioritize repairs, and ensure timely completion of tasks. </li><li>Monitor inventory of tools, parts, and supplies; coordinate procurement as needed. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections. </li><li>Ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards. </li><li>Collaborate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Maintenance supervision experience </li><li>Experience with confined space and lockout/tagout procedures </li><li>Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings </li><li>BS Degree and 5 years of plant process experience </li><li>Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, safety </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job</p> <p>classification and length of employment.
