Join a team that values diversity, innovation, and collaboration - and help us advance health equity on a global scale.</p> <p>You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct clinical reviews of member cases to identify medication-related opportunities </li><li>Provide consultative medication guidance directly to members via phone </li><li>Deliver written clinical recommendations to interdisciplinary care teams </li><li>Serve as a pharmacy resource for nursing staff, medical directors, and other colleagues </li><li>Communicate with providers to discuss pharmacy-related recommendations and benefit options </li><li>Create and present pharmacy education materials for internal stakeholders </li><li>Contribute to pharmacist engagement initiatives and other strategic projects </li></ul> <p>You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in your state of residence </li><li>Ability to obtain Kansas, Louisiana, and Oregon Pharmacist licensure within three months (organization-funded). Potential to obtain additional state licensure as business needs require </li><li>3+ years of experience as a licensed Pharmacist </li><li>2+ years of direct patient/member interaction </li><li>2+ years of experience in managed care, ambulatory, medication consultative services, and/or hospital settings </li><li>Experience working within a multidisciplinary team including nurses, physicians, and care coordinators </li><li>Solid clinical foundation and experience in providing clinical pharmacy services </li><li>Demonstrated ability to resolve complex pharmacy benefit and access issues </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Completion of a pharmacy residency in ambulatory care or primary care </li><li>Active, unrestricted Pharmacist license in AL, ID, KY, LA, MD, OR, TN or VT </li><li>Board Certification (BCPS or BCACP) </li><li>1+ years of experience with managed care pharmacy benefits </li><li>All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy </li></ul> <p>Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $89,900 to $160,600 annually based on full-time employment.
