Perform diverse duties including copy, print, scanning, mail, shipping/receiving, fax, reception, hospitality, and</p> <p>records management.</p> <p>? Lift heavy objects such as boxes, files, or paper when necessary to facilitate operational tasks.</p> <p>? Maintain exceptional levels of customer care, fostering a friendly and cooperative atmosphere in all interactions.</p> <p>? Demonstrate flexibility in meeting customer demands within a high-volume production environment.</p> <p>? Adhere to business procedures and safety protocols to ensure smooth operations and compliance.</p> <p>? Receive direction from supervisors or site managers and execute tasks accordingly.</p> <p>? Maintain accurate logs and reporting documentation with meticulous attention to detail.</p> <p>? Undertake any other duties as assigned to support operational efficiency.</p> <p>? This role will require frequent travel to various job sites, including the possibility of traveling out of state.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <p>? Possession of a valid driver's license</p> <p>? Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, with or without accommodations.</p> <p>? Effective team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</p> <p>? Competency in performing multiple functional tasks efficiently.</p> <p>? Flexibility in work schedule, including availability for local and out-of-state travel as needed.</p> <p>? Proficient computer/PC skills for tasks such as locating, compiling, and distributing requested files, and</p> <p>maintaining productivity logs</p> <p>? Minimum of 2 years of customer service-related experience required, with litigation copy experience considered a</p> <p>plus.</p> <p>? 21 Years of Age or Older</p> <p>? High School Diploma or equivalent GED</p>
