<p>Position: Commercial Loan Closing Specialist</p> <p>Location: Charlotte, North Carolina</p> <p>Duration: Contract</p> <p>Job ID: 173776</p> <p>Job Overview:</p> <p>The Commercial Loan Closing Specialist 3 - Contingent will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Commercial Loan Closing. The candidate will contribute to large-scale planning related to Commercial Loan Closing deliverables, review and analyze challenges requiring in-depth evaluation, and collaborate with client personnel to meet deliverables while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Commercial Loan Closing. </li><li>Contribute to large-scale planning related to Commercial Loan Closing deliverables. </li><li>Review and analyze moderately complex Commercial Loan Closing challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors. </li><li>Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables. </li><li>Collaborate with client personnel in Commercial Loan Closing. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>4+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education. </li><li>Loan closing experience (1+ years). </li><li>Experience with loan closing systems (nCino, CoMET) preferred. </li><li>Loan documentation experience preferred. </li><li>Multitasking ability critical. </li><li>Attention to detail critical. </li><li>Knowledge of loan booking strongly preferred. </li></ul> <p>About PTR Global: PTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions.
