Our restaurants are locally owned and operated by independent Operators who invest in the future of their Team Members and give back to their communities.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Assistant Coach of Social Media and Community Connections is a hybrid leadership role dedicated to operational excellence, social media engagement, and community impact. This leader supports both Chick-fil-A Bridgewater Falls and Chick-fil-A Fairfield by developing Team Members, representing our brand in the community, and creating engaging digital content that reflects Chick-fil-A's mission to Win Hearts Every Day.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Operational Leadership & Development Duties </li><li>Daily uphold procedures and restaurant policies; ensure proper execution in order taking, hospitality behaviors, speed, and accuracy while providing ongoing feedback to Team Members. </li><li>Protect the customer experience by ensuring packaging, food presentation, and quality meet or exceed Chick-fil-A standards. </li><li>Ensure the restaurant consistently meets cleanliness standards (BOH, Drive-Thru, Front Counter, Dining Room, Restrooms, etc.). </li><li>Train and/or support trainers in onboarding new Team Members during their first week(s) of employment. </li><li>Complete training logs and hold others accountable for completion. </li><li>Stay up to date and assist with training on all new product rollouts and procedural changes. </li><li>Continuously coach and develop existing Team Members to promote growth and excellence. </li><li>Support catering execution through leadership, planning, and alignment with service and presentation standards. </li><li>Managerial Duties </li><li>Back of House (BOH) </li><li>Conduct daily Safe Audits and ERQA's. </li><li>Manage and oversee catering orders. </li><li>Order trucks and produce as needed. </li><li>Assist with month-end inventory counting. </li><li>Front of House (FOH) </li><li>Assign and count cash pouches. </li><li>Set up and prepare both Face-to-Face and outdoor drive-thru lanes, including expo sauces. </li><li>Report or resolve drive-thru equipment and IT issues. </li><li>Oversee PPE needs to ensure OSHA weather compliance. </li><li>Handle guest refunds and resolve guest issues or complaints appropriately. </li><li>Assign and manage registers/drawers. </li><li>Answer phones and respond or delegate guest inquiries appropriately. </li><li>Take catering phone orders, enter them into POS, post for delivery drivers, and execute catering orders. </li><li>Order change funds and ensure accuracy in drawer counts. </li><li>Count drawers and complete opening/end-of-day money handling. </li></ul> <p>Social Media & Marketing</p> <ul> <li>Create and manage content calendars for both Chick-fil-A Fairfield and Bridgewater Falls. </li><li>Develop and post engaging, brand-aligned content highlighting team culture, guest experience, and community initiatives. </li><li>Partner with leadership on digital campaigns, promotions, and recruitment posts. </li><li>Track guest engagement and feedback across social media platforms to inform strategy. </li><li>Collaborate with the Positivity Coordinator and leadership team on special projects and creative campaigns. </li></ul> <p>Community Connections</p> <ul> <li>Represent Chick-fil-A at schools, festivals, and local events with excellence and professionalism. </li><li>Build partnerships and plan community involvement activities that promote care and goodwill. </li><li>Coordinate fundraising and donation initiatives with local organizations and non-profits. </li><li>Extend hospitality beyond the restaurant through team events, service projects, and community outreach. </li></ul> <p>Work Requirements</p> <ul> <li>3 scheduled 8-hour operational shifts per week </li><li>1 scheduled 5-hour operational shift per week </li><li>8-10 hours weekly for social media, administrative, and community engagement </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prior Chick-fil-A or leadership experience preferred </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Creative thinker with strong organizational and time management abilities </li><li>Passion for people, brand storytelling, and community involvement </li><li>Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and occasional evenings </li><li>Demonstrates Chick-fil-A's Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Excellence, and Service </li></ul> <p>Benefits</p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay </li><li>Health, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>401(k) with company match </li><li>Paid time off and paid training </li><li>Scholarship opportunities </li><li>Leadership development and growth </li><li>Flexible schedule (Closed Sundays) </li><li>A positive, people-centered environment </li></ul> <p>You will be serving at both location:</p> <p>Fairfield Location: 6305 South Gilmore Rd, Fairfield, OH 45014</p> <p>Bridgewater Falls Location: 3403 Princeton Rd, Fairfield Township, OH 45011</p> <p>Working at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is more than a job - it's an opportunity for teamwork and leadership development in a positive, people-focused environment.
