If you see yourself as a future Sales Representative with Heritage Cooperative, apply TODAY at www.heritagecooperative.com/Careers!</p> <p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS</p> <p>Serve as a positive representation of Heritage Cooperative's Core Values</p> <ul> <li>Provide Superior Customer Service </li><li>Highest Standards of Integrity and Trust </li><li>Continuous Improvement </li><li>Being a Good Partner </li></ul> <p>Participate in monthly sales meetings</p> <p>Attend local networking events as part of lead generation</p> <p>Create effective proposals and quotations based upon customer needs</p> <p>Develop new business leads through networking activities</p> <p>Conduct daily cold calling and set appointments with key decision makers</p> <p>Educate business community on 1st Choice Energy 's product lines in assigned territory</p> <p>Generate new revenue through closing sales by acquiring new business customers and growing existing customers</p> <p>Practice effective time management skills to maximize sales activity</p> <p>Present proposals and product information in a professional manner using the available resources</p> <p>Promote 1st Choice Energy 's corporate image in all business interactions with prospective clients</p> <p>Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions</p> <p>Track sales activity and prospects with next steps for all leads and customers</p> <p>Work closely with 1st Choice Energy management, customer service, drivers, and credit department</p> <p>Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers, and customers</p> <p>Other duties as assigned by supervisor</p> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>3+ years of successful sales experience</p> <p>Ability to prioritize and deliver projects and results in a timely manner</p> <p>Ability to work independently and meet sales goals</p> <p>Excellent communication and presentation skills</p> <p>Experience networking for lead generation</p> <p>History of consistent success in high activity sales</p> <p>Outstanding organizational and time-management skills</p> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various sales software utilized by Heritage Cooperative and 1st Choice Energy</p> <p>Superb negotiation skills</p> <p>Valid driver's license, with acceptable driving record</p> <p>Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed</p> <p>Willingness to travel within customer base or other Heritage Cooperative branches with the possibility of occasional overnight stays</p> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent</p> <p>PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>5+ years of successful sales experience</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of equivalent experience</p> <p>WHY HERITAGE?</p> <p>Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance</p> <p>Company Paid Life and AD&D Insurance</p> <p>Company Paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability</p> <p>Paid Holidays, Sick, and Vacation Time</p> <p>401k with Company Match after 6 months</p> <p>Farm Bureau Membership</p> <p>Profit Sharing</p> <p>Questions?
