<p>Apply</p> <p>Job Type</p> <p>Full-time</p> <p>Description</p> <p>We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruiting, managing HRIS, and facilitating training programs. This role requires a strong understanding of HR practices and the ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquires and issues. Partner with managers to effectively meet their Human Resource needs providing advice and assistance in all areas of HR. </li><li>Responsible for managing recruitment for positions throughout the agency. Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategies to attract top talent. Represents UCFS at job fairs throughout year. </li><li>Develop and maintain relationships with professional recruiters for placement of physicians, dentists or other clinical providers. </li><li>Maintain and update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee records and data management. </li><li>Coordinate onboarding of interns and maintain ongoing record of current students, interns and residents for reporting purposes. </li><li>Manages training enrollment for new employee and recurring annual training and monitors to ensure all trainings are completed. </li><li>Onboard new employees and conduct HR overview for new hires.
