The resident pharmacist will be hired as a Clinical Instructor in the COP. The resident is expected to perform applicable duties associated with a clinical partner Tandem Health.</p> <p>The duties include conducting patient care duties fulfilled through rotational experiences as outlined by residency leadership and the affiliated clinical partner. To conduct quality initiatives and a major research project as approved by residency leadership adhere to American Society of Health-System Pharmacists residency standards related to practice, research, and professionalism. To attend required conferences, meetings, and professional development opportunities outlined by residency leadership.
