CHOP recognizes the critical importance of a workforce rich in varied backgrounds and experiences and engages in ongoing efforts to achieve that through equally varied and non-discriminatory means.</p> <p>A Brief Overview</p> <p>This role will be responsible for financial management, operational planning, administrative leadership support, managerial oversight, business and program development, and strategic planning related to clinical and research activities - including outreach, marketing, website, billing, and compliance initiatives.</p> <p>What you will do</p> <ul> <li>Business Operations & Strategy </li></ul> <p>Oversee Frontier Program operations and strategic initiatives, including planning, metrics tracking, external partnerships, conference participation, marketing, outreach, and recruitment efforts.</p> <ul> <li>Clinical Operations & Management </li></ul> <p>Optimize clinical workflows, scheduling, and patient experience; support fellowship development; manage data, reporting tools, supplies, and collaboration on program website and communications.</p> <ul> <li>Research Operations & Management </li></ul> <p>Coordinate clinical research trials and lab transitions; support research personnel and logistics; manage data systems, databases, SOPs, quality assurance, and progress reporting for all studies.</p> <ul> <li>Administrative Leadership Support </li></ul> <p>Manage program infrastructure, project execution, staffing support, job descriptions, meeting coordination, process improvements, and ongoing tracking of key program metrics.</p> <ul> <li>Communication </li></ul> <p>Serve as primary communication lead and liaison across clinical, research, administrative, and external partners; manage internal/external communications, events, educational materials, and web content.</p> <ul> <li>Financial Management </li></ul> <p>Oversee program budgets, financial planning, reporting, revenue/expense reconciliation, financial analysis, and collaboration with managed care, research, and hospital finance teams.</p> <p>Education Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma / GED Required </li><li>Bachelor's Degree Preferred </li></ul> <p>Experience Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>At least three (3) years Relevant work experience Required </li></ul> <p>Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills. (Required proficiency) </li><li>Communicates with contacts typically within the department with matters that involve obtaining or providing information requiring explanation or interpretation in order to reach agreement. (Required proficiency) </li><li>May work to influence parties within own job function at an operational level. (Required proficiency) </li><li>May have responsibility for communicating with parties external to CHOP (vendors, customers). (Required proficiency) </li><li>Ability to handle a portfolio of multiple projects with aggressive timelines. (Required proficiency) </li><li>Model a flexible approach to achieving outcomes (Required proficiency) </li><li>Excellent relationship builder with highly collaborative, inclusive approach. (Required proficiency) </li><li>Experience managing external vendors / vendor relationships.
