As a Distribution Center Associate, you'll pick, pack,</p> <p>ship, and receive products while keeping inventory accurate and operations running smoothly across</p> <p>multiple locations. You'll use scanners and warehouse systems, help load trucks, restock inventory, and</p> <p>maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.</p> <p>This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and</p> <p>takes pride in doing things right. We're looking for a detail-oriented team player with basic computer</p> <p>skills, solid number sense, and a positive, can-do attitude who's ready to jump in and grow with us.</p> <p>Specific Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Pick and pack all order types for all products assigned. </li><li>Process small parcel shipments through UPS, Fed Ex, Purolator, USPS, and Endcia systems. </li><li>Assist with and finalize domestic truck and export shipments through air and ocean shipping. </li><li>Process all required transactions in our High Jump warehouse management system using scanners and computers in an accurate and timely manner. </li><li>Process material receipts and follow up on discrepancies. </li><li>Move and store materials according to departmental guidelines. </li><li>Load trucks and containers. </li><li>Maintain accurate inventory, including regular cycle counting. </li><li>Operate material handling equipment including manual pallet jack, electric pallet jack and human lift. </li><li>Care for and recharge machinery. </li><li>Restock inventory and supplies. </li><li>Perform daily housekeeping tasks according to 5S standards. </li><li>Rotate jobs between facilities (the Distribution Center and the Sycamore St. Facility) as required. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Position Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Experience in distribution center operations preferred </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system preferred. </li><li>Willingness and ability to work in a team environment required. </li><li>High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and optimism required. </li><li>Knowledge of inventory functions preferred. </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. required. </li><li>Ability to lift and walk up to 8 to 9 hours a day required. </li><li>Basic computer skills to access work processes through SharePoint required. </li><li>Ability to prioritize work independently for extended periods of time with little or no supervision required. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and demonstrated organization skills required. </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively through oral and written communication is required. </li></ul> <p>Core Competencies:</p> <ul> <li>Attention to detail </li><li>Organization & Time Management </li><li>Inventory Accuracy </li><li>Teamwork </li><li>Safety Awareness </li><li>Problem Solving </li><li>Flexibility </li><li>Shipping and Receiving </li></ul> <p>A condition of employment is that all candidates are required to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.</p>
