Plans on a quarterly or longer basis the overall use of personnel and other resources in two or more separate organizational elements controlled through two or more levels of supervision. </li><li>Performs work direction responsibilities. Assigns and explains work requirements and operating instructions to subordinate supervisors and sets deadlines and establishes the sequence of work operations to be followed. </li><li>Performs administrative responsibilities. Participates with/through two levels of supervisors/employees in the development of performance plans. Advises them in advance of performance expectations. The employee is subject to random drug testing. </li><li>AFSC: 2A6X0 </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>In order to qualify, you must meet the quality level of experience requirements described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards Handbook X-118C for WS-8800 Aircraft Overhaul Family.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants will be rated in accordance with the OPM Qualification Standard Handbook X-118C for the ???????WG-8800 Aircraft Overhaul Family. Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most blue-collar positions, you must meet any screen-out element listed, and show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying.
