<p>The Specialist, Content Strategy, Experiential Marketing brings a passion for creating impactful brand experiences across Verisk-hosted and industry conferences. Reporting to the Director, Experiential Marketing, this individual coordinates and executes "One Verisk" marketing efforts by working across corporate marketing and business unit teams. As a core member of the experiential team, they will help lead cross-functional initiatives that bring the Verisk brand to life through high-impact events and experiences. You'll collaborate with a group of accomplished marketing professionals, apply your talent in communicating the value of Verisk's solutions, and have the opportunity to deepen your expertise while making independent decisions across a broad and evolving portfolio of strategic projects.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is a strategic, detail-oriented marketer with proven experience in project management, data-driven event analytics, and/or executive communications. A deep understanding of the B2B marketing landscape is essential, as is the ability to identify and act on opportunities to engage target audiences. This individual will build trusted partnerships with leaders across Marketing, Sales, and other business functions, and must be highly organized, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Reporting to the Director of Experiential Marketing and working closely with the broader marketing team, the role is based in Jersey City, NJ, Boston, MA, or Lehi, UT with a hybrid work schedule and travel up to 20% to connect with dispersed stakeholders and clients.</p> <p>About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as a project lead for select brand initiatives including capstone events, managing timelines, content, stakeholders, and internal partners</p> </li><li> <p>Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, and business units to deliver content across integrated "One Verisk" brand experiences</p> </li><li> <p>Drive content strategy and storytelling for key experiential touchpoints, ensuring alignment with Verisk's brand positioning and business objectives</p> </li><li> <p>Translate customer and market insights into meaningful experiential concepts and content that engage target audiences and reinforce brand value</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the marketing analytics team to define event success metrics, analyze performance data, and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement</p> </li><li> <p>Represent the brand at key events as needed, including travel and hands-on support with setup and teardown</p> </li><li> <p>Drive creative and brand strategy that results in compelling experiences that inspire audiences to connect, learn and collaborate</p> </li><li> <p>Plan (with strong project management skills), deliver, and analyze experiential marketing efforts</p> </li></ul> <p>About You and How You Can Excel in this Role</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related areas or equivalent work experience</p> </li><li> <p>2+ years' experience in a Marketing role or similar position</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in B2B - experience in software, high-tech, or performance marketing a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work efficiently, multi-task, and deliver commitments in a timely fashion</p> </li><li> <p>Strong project management skills, including prioritization, planning, and tracking</p> </li><li> <p>Great attention to detail and organization</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to drive results, guide cross-functional teams and align with and influence stakeholders at all levels, including executives</p> </li><li> <p>Data-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to define and track metrics to measure marketing impact</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with senior business leaders</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel (up to 30%), and work overtime and irregular hours as needed to support business needs</p> </li><li> <p>Skills</p> </li><li> <p>Innovative and creative thinker: pioneer who embraces bold ideas</p> </li><li> <p>Team player: high EQ, low ego, resourceful, frugal; treats resources as their own</p> </li><li> <p>"Let's go" attitude: optimist, contagious enthusiast, sees the upside</p> </li><li> <p>Accountability matters: drives for results as coach and team player; bias to outcomes</p> </li><li> <p>Exhibits aptitude: always learning and growing; constantly attempts new experiences</p> </li><li> <p>Adaptable: works quickly and nimbly; able and willing to wear multiple hats without hesitation; resilient</p> </li><li> <p>Grit: passionate, self-directed and motivated; demonstrates endurance</p> </li></ul>
