This role reports to the Associate Dean(s) and serves as a central coordinator for curriculum development, program assessment, academic policy, and accreditation. The Director plays a critical role in ensuring the college's alignment with institutional standards and AACSB accreditation requirements while also supporting innovation, student success, and academic quality.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>A master's degree in Higher Education, Counseling, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field and experience in similar roles.</p> <ul> <li>Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to evaluate quantitative and qualitative data. </li><li>Comprehensive professional experience in higher education, including experience with accreditation, assessment, institutional effectiveness, or academic program review. </li></ul> <p>Additional Considerations:</p> <ul> <li>PhD in Higher Education, Counseling, Business Administration, Public Administration or related field. </li><li>Considerable experience in collecting, combining, and analyzing data for reporting purposes. </li></ul>
