<p>Position Summary</p> <p>Our organization is seeking a Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS) Director to oversee short-term residential services for individuals recovering from substance use disorders. This leadership role involves both clinical and operational oversight, ensuring the delivery of safe, evidence-based care to adult patients in a structured, recovery-focused environment.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide day-to-day oversight of the CSS program and multidisciplinary team </li><li>Maintain compliance with all regulatory, licensing, and clinical standards </li><li>Serve in a rotating virtual on-call leadership capacity </li><li>Oversee the use of restraints and emergency interventions in accordance with policy </li><li>Ensure fiscal accountability and program efficiency </li><li>Develop and implement care protocols that support stabilization and transition to long-term recovery </li><li>Collaborate with medical, clinical, and administrative departments </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication, team-building, and decision-making skills </li><li>Commitment to ethical, trauma-informed, and patient-centered care </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Licensed clinician (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in the state of Massachusetts </li><li>Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment </li><li>Demonstrated experience with emergency protocols and restraint procedures </li></ul>
