<p>Corporate Project Manager Division Belmar Pharma Solutions Category Administration Description</p> <p>The Corporate Project Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver complex projects across Belmar Pharma's operational and quality functions (excluding Sales, Marketing, and IT). This role ensures that initiatives related to manufacturing, quality, supply chain, engineering, process development, regulatory compliance, and facility operations are completed on time, within scope, and within budget-while meeting all applicable regulatory and quality requirements (e.g., GMP, FDA).</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for operational initiatives, including new product introductions, equipment implementations, process improvements, and facility upgrades.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations; monitor progress and report KPIs.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, Process Development, Regulatory) and external partners.</p> </li></ul> <p>Cross-Functional Leadership</p> <ul> <li> <p>Serve as the primary point of contact for project communications, ensuring transparency and alignment across departments.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate cross-functional meetings, drive decision-making, and ensure accountability among contributors.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee change control, document revisions, and project governance activities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compliance & Quality</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ensure all project activities comply with cGMP, regulatory, and safety standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with Quality Assurance to confirm deliverables meet validation and compliance requirements.</p> </li></ul> <p>Continuous Improvement</p> <ul> <li> <p>Identify opportunities to optimize project execution, operational efficiency, and technology integration.</p> </li><li> <p>Implement and sustain best practices in project management methodologies.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications/Training</p> <p>(e.g. professional qualifications, on-the-job training, education)</p> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Operations Management, or related field.</p> </li><li> <p>5+ years of project management experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare operations (GMP environment required).</p> </li><li> <p>PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills & Competencies</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong understanding of pharmaceutical operations and compliance requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent leadership, communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, regulated environment across multiple locations.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask and adapt to changing requirements.</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel</p> <p>As part of your job duties, travel may be required.
