So, if you're a rockstar writer, aspiring strategist, jill-or jack-of all trades, or just an all-around nice person, let's chat.</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>As VP, Brand Strategy, you will be a senior strategic leader responsible for shaping the brand vision and go-to-market strategy for a DTC healthcare brand. You will translate business objectives, consumer insights, and market dynamics into clear strategic direction that inspires creative excellence and drives measurable impact.</p> <p>You will serve as a trusted strategic partner to clients and internal teams, guiding brand positioning, messaging architecture, and integrated campaign strategy across channels. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior in healthcare, the DTC landscape, and the ability to balance emotional storytelling with regulatory and business considerations.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead brand strategy development for a DTC healthcare brand, including positioning, value proposition, messaging frameworks, and long-term brand vision </li><li>Partner with creative, account, media, and analytics teams to develop integrated, insight-driven campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels </li><li>Translate consumer, competitive, and cultural insights into clear strategic briefs that inspire creative work and drive business results </li><li>Guide the evolution of brand platforms and campaign ideas across touchpoints, ensuring consistency and relevance throughout the customer journey </li><li>Act as a senior strategic voice with clients, building strong relationships and providing confident, well-reasoned strategic counsel </li><li>Mentor and lead strategy team members, fostering strategic rigor, curiosity, and collaboration </li><li>Stay current on DTC trends, healthcare marketing regulations, and emerging consumer behaviors to inform strategic recommendations </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Extensive experience leading brand strategy for consumer-facing brands, ideally within healthcare, wellness, or regulated categories </li><li>Strong understanding of DTC marketing, consumer journeys, and integrated campaign development </li><li>Proven ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, actionable strategy </li><li>Experience developing strategic frameworks that guide messaging, creative development, and channel activation </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate strategic thinking to senior clients and internal teams </li><li>Collaborative leadership style with experience working closely with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders </li><li>Intellectual curiosity and comfort navigating complex categories and evolving consumer landscapes </li></ul> <p>Additional information</p> <p>Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
