<p>Position Purpose</p> <p>In coordination with the Manager of Communications, this position works to achieve ownership, engagement, and promotion of the organization's charitable giving program and services in the community; leads and manages the program with non-profits and local civic and business organizations.</p> <p>Nature and Scope</p> <p>Corporate Sponsorships:</p> <ul> <li>Serves as the main point of contact and liaison for corporate sponsorships requests. </li><li>Coordinates the community sponsorship process, including coordinating the Sponsorship Committee meetings and agendas, asset fulfillment and budget management. </li><li>Coordinates the process for community related nominations, such as Women of Achievement. </li><li>Works with Marketing & Communications teams to leverage promotions of the partnership with the sponsored organization. </li><li>Actively creates, manages, and distributes content through the various Renown communication channels, in partnership with the Marketing Communications team. </li><li>Stays informed of healthcare and/or corporate giving trends and best practices and brings new ideas to leaders for consideration. </li><li>Manages multiple requests and drives deliverables on an accelerated timeline. Research and coordinate nominations for local, state, and national recognition for Renown Health. </li><li>Manage software and grant management programs including Foundant and Conduent. </li></ul> <p>Committee-Related:</p> <ul> <li>Meets regularly with all members on a schedule to be mutually agreed upon with the department leaders. The objective is to ensure members feel informed, have talking points on key issues, and understand and support Renown's political agenda. </li><li>Encourages member attendance at Renown sponsored community events and encourages introduction of new key influencers to the organization through setting up "meet and greets" that will occur on our campus and may involve the Foundation. Forwards any complaints/concerns in quick weekly or monthly reports to the VP for awareness and any open follow up. </li><li>Develops audience specific communications including program and issue talking points, in partnership with the Marketing Communications team. </li><li>Takes routine questions members are hearing in the community and provides quick turnaround of answers and/or talking points if needed. Keeps leadership informed of concerns and compliments of the members. </li><li>Collaborates with members on "friend-making" or introducing new key influencers to the organization for the purpose of involvement or philanthropic support. </li><li>Coordinates administrative and meeting management tasks related to other community-related committees. </li></ul> <p>Marketing & Communications:</p> <ul> <li>Other duties as assigned that contribute to Team Unity </li></ul> <p>Community Outreach:</p> <ul> <li>Give tours to community members interested in learning more about Renown Health Work on various aspects of service excellence in the organization </li></ul> <p>This position does not provide direct patient care.</p> <p>Disclaimer</p> <p>The foregoing description is not intended and should not be construed to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills and efforts or work conditions associated with the job. College degree in Business or health related field</p> <p>Experience:</p> <p>Community and public relations experience</p> <p>License(s):</p> <p>None</p> <p>Certification(s):</p> <p>None</p> <p>Computer / Typing:</p> <p>Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.</p>
