Philosophy </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelors Degree in a related field OR;</p> </li><li> <p>Associates Degree in a related field plus three (3) years' experience with the developmentally disabled population OR;</p> </li><li> <p>H.S.
