<p>Piper Companies is seeking a CNC Machinist to join a leading manufacturing organization located in Pleasanton, CA. This is a fully onsite, hands-on machining and programming role responsible for independently running CNC jobs from start to finish.</p> <p>Responsibilities of the CNC Machinist include:</p> <ul> <li>Program, set up, and operate CNC machines. </li><li>Create/optimize programs using Surfcam or similar CAM tools. </li><li>Interpret drawings and GD&T. </li><li>Select tooling/fixtures and perform full setups and inspections. </li><li>Troubleshoot machining issues and improve processes. </li><li>Use precision measurement tools and maintain documentation. </li><li>Operate manual machines as needed. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications for the CNC Machinist include:</p> <ul> <li>Expert CNC programming experience (Surfcam or similar). </li><li>Strong machining and setup experience. </li><li>Solid knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement. </li><li>Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes. </li><li>Must work onsite 5 days a week in Pleasanton, CA </li><li>Must be eligible to work in the United States </li></ul> <p>Compensation for the CNC Machinist include:</p> <ul> <li>$35/hr - $55/hr depending on experience </li><li>Comprehensive benefit package; Blue Cross & Blue Shield Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave if required by law, and Holidays. </li></ul>
