<p>The Post-Doctoral Researcher, with supervision from the senior team, will mainly participate in research activities associated with a Post Secondary Student Success Grant and a STEM grant from the National Science Foundation, which includes STEM-related professional development research activities, preparation of related materials, and dissemination activities.</p> <p>CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <ul> <li>Participate in the implementation of research activities related to the National Science Project, STILE 3.0 and PSSG Welcome grant with quantitative technology </li><li>Work in collaboration with Center staff to prepare reports and conference papers that document the Center's activities </li><li>Work in collaboration with the research team to collect, prepare and analyze quantitative research data within the team's organizational structures. </li><li>Work closely with stakeholders, including school and university employees </li><li>Work with the research team to prepare and present findings and research at professional conferences drawing on engineering expertise to situate content within that domain. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Statistics or a related field </li><li>2-4 years of relevant experience in a research environment </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent written and oral communication skills </li><li>Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods </li><li>Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Qualtrics, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Salary Range:</p> <p>63,200-75,000</p> <p>Work Modality:</p> <p>Hybrid</p> <p>Competitive Compensation and Benefits</p> <p>The salary range reflects the College's good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for the position at the time of the job posting.
