<p>Staffmark is hiring an Electro-Mechanical Technician in Jonesboro, AR! This is a great opportunity to join a trusted manufacturing team and put your technical skills to work in a dynamic environment.</p> <p>Pay: $28+/hour (Based on experience)</p> <p>Schedule: 2nd Shift | Monday-Thursday | 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM (4 ten-hour days)</p> <p>In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production and facility equipment. You'll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly and safely through preventive and emergency maintenance tasks.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Install and maintain production machinery and facility equipment </li><li>Troubleshoot and perform emergency and scheduled maintenance repairs </li><li>Diagnose issues, repair or replace parts, and test equipment </li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance and basic plumbing/carpentry work </li><li>Interpret manuals, work orders, and use a range of tools and meters </li><li>Maintain a safe and organized work area </li><li>Report defective materials or faulty operations to supervision </li><li>Perform other duties as needed </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Must pass in-house electro-mechanical test </li><li>4+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance </li><li>Strong skills in hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanical systems; some PLC experience </li><li>High school diploma or GED required </li><li>Completion of a craft apprenticeship or equivalent combination of education and experience </li><li>Self-motivated and able to work independently </li></ul> <p>A full benefits package will be provided upon hire by our partner company.</p> <p>Ready to join a skilled team and grow your career?
