<p>As we build a category-defining healthcare brand, Sollis Health is hiring a Vice President of Brand & Creative Services to own how we show up-strategically, visually, and verbally-across every touchpoint. This leader will shape the brand as we scale nationally and reach more members in current and future markets.</p> <p>This is a critical leadership role responsible for end-to-end brand strategy and activation across all channels and functions, from brand and product marketing to copy, design, and production. You won't be starting from scratch-the strategic foundation will be in place when you arrive-but you'll be responsible for activating it, evolving it, and scaling it with discipline and creativity.</p> <p>You'll work cross-functionally to ensure our brand delivers on its promise at every touchpoint and moves in lockstep with our business strategy. You'll bring high standards to execution, recruit and lead top talent, and drive measurable impact across awareness, engagement, and revenue.</p> <p>This role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and will be a member of our Extended Leadership Team.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Own Sollis's brand strategy, positioning, and messaging and ensure clarity, consistency, and impact across all touchpoints </li><li>Set and uphold high standards for creative execution-visually and verbally-across internal teams and external partners </li><li>Lead product marketing for current and future offerings, translating complex services into clear, differentiated messaging for each of our customer segments </li><li>Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive business results across paid, owned, and earned channels </li><li>Manage marketing calendars and content strategy, aligned to business priorities, product launches, and cultural moments </li><li>Define KPIs and apply data to measure performance, track ROI, and continuously optimize marketing investments </li><li>Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across brand, creative, and marketing; recruit top talent and develop future leaders </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Sales, Product, Clinical, and Operations to ensure cohesive messaging across the full customer journey </li><li>Act as a strategic brand steward-driving internal alignment, external consistency, and long-term brand equity </li><li>Champion a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement </li><li>Perform related duties, as requested </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <p>We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally, we would expect that you have:</p> <ul> <li>10-15+ years of progressive experience leading brand, marketing, and creative teams </li><li>A track record of building category-defining healthcare brands-with experience in B2C and/or B2B environments (bonus if you've done both) </li><li>Deep product marketing expertise-you translate complexity into clarity and positioning that resonates </li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp editorial eye and a compelling storytelling voice </li><li>A reputation as a talent magnet-you attract, grow, and retain high-performing teams </li><li>A strategic mindset with strong operational follow-through-you move seamlessly from vision to execution </li><li>A clear understanding of how consumers engage with brands today and what it takes to break through </li><li>A bias for action and comfort with ambiguity; you thrive in motion and lead with confidence in fast-paced environments </li></ul> <p>Comp & Benefits:</p> <p>Range: $205,000- $245,000 per year + Bonus</p> <p>This is the range of pay for New York City candidates only. Sollis is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of New York.
