<p>The Marketing Manager develops and implements a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan with the intention of increasing revenues and profit.</p> <p>Principal Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provides considerable knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration </li><li>Follows instructions meticulously and manages time efficiently </li><li>Implements the recommendations of the strategic marketing plan </li><li>Performs market research and analysis </li><li>Provides marketing advice, counsel and general staff support to all departments </li><li>Evaluates operational issues; remains competitive and current with the latest Timeshare industry trends </li><li>Monitors external and internal environment for the development of new market segments </li><li>Develops marketing campaigns for new products and services, including formulating a specific budget and expenditure plan for each </li><li>Assists in developing an ongoing guest relations program for our Team members </li><li>Demonstrates knowledge of, and supports, our mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and code of ethical behavior </li></ul> <p>General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.</p> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma/GED </li><li>Minimum 5 years of Timeshare experience in a marketing manager role or higher </li></ul> <p>Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Strong personnel and management skills and technical competency </li><li>Ability to multi-task and adapt in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Ability to interact effectively with the public and staff to provide marketing and recruitment services </li><li>Ability to interact effectively with team members to maintain direct workflow, assess performance and assign duties </li><li>Ability to maintain confidentiality </li><li>Computer literate; knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. </li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills </li></ul> <p>Shift: Additional hours may be necessary to meet goals and staffing</p> <ul> <li>Regular Hours, On-Call, and Weekend </li></ul> <p>Travel:</p> <ul> <li>Up to 25% </li></ul>
