<p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Work with a multidisciplinary team of physicians and therapists to develop and execute a treatment plan for each patient </li><li>Perform initial patient evaluations as well as re-evaluations to indicate the level of progress </li><li>Document all treatments and note any status changes </li><li>Tailor treatments to individual patients as needed - don't be afraid to think creatively or do a little extra </li><li>Seek new learning opportunities and be a resource when others need to learn from you </li><li>Consistently offer the best care possible to every patient </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Current Physical Therapist License in the State of Arkansas, prior to hire </li><li>Must have completed a 6 Month Internship as part of a Master's program, or 1 year internship as part of a DPT program. New graduates are welcome to apply. </li><li>CPR Certification from the American Heart Association is required within 30 days of hire </li></ul> <p>Overview</p> <p>As our Certified Pharmacy Tech at CHI St VIncent, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, you'll help our patients feel better by providing safe and effective medications to them. You'll help our doctors and nurses feel better knowing that you are providing accurate and timely medication to patients.</p> <p>You'll build trust each day by being extremely thorough and accurate at all times. Patient safety is your top priority, so you do everything you can to ensure all prescriptions are authentic, prepared correctly both in medication type and dosing, and are dispensed appropriately, under the Pharmacist's guidance. You follow all safety protocols, including those intended to prevent infection, and you keep a clean work area at all times. You are eager to learn or help out in any way needed to keep the pharmacy running smoothly and get our patients their medications.</p> <p>CHI St Vincent Infirmary is a 600 bed faith-based, non-profit, acute care facility providing quality health care to patients and communities from all over the State of Arkansas. Our level II trauma center is a regional referral center for cardiology, trauma, behavioral health, cancer care, neurosciences, and other specialties.
