<p>Work Flexibility: Onsite</p> <p>Schedule:</p> <p>Thursday & Friday, (7:00am - 3:00pm),</p> <p>Saturday & Sunday (7:00am- 7:00pm), OT as needed</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <p>As a Machine Operator III in our Needle Punch Department, this role involves operating machinery, performing inspections, assisting with maintenance, and working at elevated heights within a fast-paced production environment.</p> <ul> <li>Under general supervision, operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping accurate production records and maintenance logs </li><li>Assist maintenance teams in troubleshooting, and repairing machinery issues </li><li>Adhere to site specific quality systems and processes </li><li>Identify and accurately record scrap, maintenance requests, and production documents </li><li>Operate simple manufacturing equipment, demonstrate machining/mechanical aptitude, and learn new responsibilities and tasks as needed </li><li>Train others in operational and/or documentation procedures as needed </li><li>Identify and appropriately report safety concerns, production issues, and documentation errors. </li><li>Effectively collaborate with peers, functional departments, and visitors of Stryker </li></ul> <p>What you need:</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>2+ Years of relevant experience </li><li>Ability to climb up 10 feet off the ground. </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of mechanical experience </li><li>Ability to exert up to 50-75 occasionally </li></ul> <p>#INDGQO</p> <p>Travel Percentage: 0%</p> <p>Stryker Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
