We focus on enabling employees to excel in their roles by providing intuitive technology and efficient services, ensuring every department can innovate and succeed. Joining our team means playing a key role in shaping and improving our enterprise IT strategy within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Location</p> <p>This role will be a hybrid work format, with time split between working remotely and working onsite from our New York, 2-3 days a week as required by your manager.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>As an Enterprise IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the infrastructure and services that power our organization's day-to-day operations. You will play a pivotal role in implementing security best practices, enforcing access controls, and ensuring seamless software and device management for end users. This role is crucial to our security posture and operational efficiency.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Identity Management Systems</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage, configure, and monitor identity and access management tools (SSO, MFA, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Implement and enforce the principle of least privilege for all user accounts and resources</p> </li><li> <p>Lead periodic access reviews and take corrective actions based on findings</p> </li></ul> <p>Device Management</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of device management platforms</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all devices are hardened according to security best practices and organizational policies</p> </li><li> <p>Manage patching and updates, coordinating with end users to minimize downtime</p> </li></ul> <p>Software Administration</p> <ul> <li> <p>Deploy, update, and troubleshoot software applications for end users</p> </li><li> <p>Create and maintain documentation on software rollout procedures and user guides</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues in a timely manner</p> </li></ul> <p>Collaboration Tools</p> <ul> <li> <p>Administer and support email systems, ticketing platforms, and other collaboration tools</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor usage and performance, ensuring high availability and a positive user experience</p> </li><li> <p>Develop user training materials and deliver training sessions to drive adoption and best practices</p> </li></ul> <p>End User Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Provide technical support for hardware and software issues for remote employees across multiple time zones. .</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain an inventory of all IT assets and manage lifecycle processes</p> </li></ul> <p>Security & Compliance</p> <ul> <li> <p>Continuously evaluate and implement security enhancements to end user devices and infrastructure</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with the information security team to align device and access controls with broader security initiatives</p> </li></ul> <p>What We Look For</p> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</p> </li><li> <p>3+ years of experience in an enterprise IT administration role, ideally with a focus on identity management, device management, and security best practices</p> </li></ul> <p>Technical Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Proficiency with identity management platforms (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Rippling, or similar)</p> </li><li> <p>Hands-on experience with MFA tools, VPNs, and endpoint security solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with device management tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune, or similar)</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of collaboration tools administration (e.g., Google Workspace, Office 365, or ticketing systems)</p> </li><li> <p>Solid understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and Windows/macOS/Linux environments</p> </li></ul> <p>Soft Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of guiding and training non-technical users</p> </li><li> <p>Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail</p> </li><li> <p>Proven track record of supporting cross-functional teams and managing competing priorities</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrates a strong bias for action and urgency, especially in critical situations requiring immediate response, such as user account lockouts.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to prioritize and respond to support requests efficiently, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) for timely resolution.</p> </li></ul> <p>Perks & Benefits</p> <ul> <li> <p>Competitive compensation and equity packages</p> </li><li> <p>Leading configured work computers of your choice</p> </li><li> <p>Flexible vacation policy</p> </li><li> <p>Fully covered, high-quality healthcare, including fully covered dependent coverage</p> </li><li> <p>Access to One Medical and option to enroll in an FSA</p> </li><li> <p>16 weeks of paid parental leave for the birthing parent and 8 weeks for all other parents</p> </li><li> <p>Flexibility for remote work and asynchronous collaboration</p> </li><li> <p>Access to industry-leading technology tools to foster innovation and productivity</p> </li></ul> <p>Imprint is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
