<p>JOIN OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE ENDLESS CAREER POSSIBILITIES</p> <p>IF YOU ARE AN EXISTING TEAM MEMBER, PLEASE CLICK THE FOLLOWING LINK TO BE TAKEN TO THE INTERNAL CAREER SITE: MOHEGAN INTERNAL CAREER SITE</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>This position is responsible for deep cleaning of the service bar areas, including drains and walls in accordance with established department policies and procedures.</p> <p>Primary Duties and Responsibilities: includes but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Performs deep cleaning of service bar areas, including drains and walls </li><li>Collects and redistributes glassware in a timely, organized fashion </li><li>Retrieves requisitions ensuring proper documentation and bottle returns for requisitions and transfers </li></ul> <p>Secondary Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Maintains glassware par levels </li><li>Responsible for keeping bars stocked with supplies including liquor, beer and glassware </li><li>Receives, fills and delivers stock orders and requisitions </li><li>Maintains cleanliness of "outlet" rooms (bussing tables, bar area, etc.) </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to understand and complete multiple tasks assigned with minimum supervision </li><li>Previous guest service experience </li><li>Must be able to read, write and effectively communicate with co-workers in English </li></ul> <p>Competencies: Incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:</p> <ul> <li>Good written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Understanding of deep cleaning and power washing techniques </li><li>Basic knowledge and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) facts about applicable chemicals </li><li>Good knowledge of all legal beverage service guidelines and state liquor laws including proper identification, refusal of service and shutoff procedures </li><li>Thorough knowledge of ice handling procedures as well as health and sanitation guidelines </li></ul> <p>Training Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Understanding of health and sanitation guidelines </li><li>SMART alcohol awareness </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to stand and bend for extended periods of time </li><li>Must be able to work various shifts and flexible hours </li></ul> <p>This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, requirements or working conditions associated with this job.
