<p>Job Description</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>As a member of the CORE HR Leadership Team and reporting to the Vice President of Talent Management, the Executive Director of HR Business Partners and Employee Relations serves as a strategic leader and trusted advisor to senior business leaders, driving enterprise-wide HR strategies that align with organizational goals. This role leads a high-performing team of HRBPs and Employee Relations professionals, ensuring the delivery of innovative, data-driven, and people-centric solutions that foster a culture of engagement, performance, and belonging.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Understand organizational strategy and internal challenges to craft HR strategies that drive measurable outcomes.</p> <p>Partner with senior leaders to deliver innovative workforce and talent solutions that address complex business challenges and support long-term growth.</p> <p>Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to design and implement scalable HR programs that meet evolving business needs.</p> <p>Leverage organizational data (e.g., engagement surveys, exit interviews, turnover metrics) to proactively identify trends and implement targeted interventions.</p> <p>Monitor and measure the impact of engagement and retention strategies, continuously refining approaches based on insights.</p> <p>Coach leaders to build team capabilities, foster engagement, and drive a culture of accountability and performance.</p> <p>Guide business leaders through change initiatives, ensuring alignment of HR practices with enterprise goals.</p> <p>Lead the HR response to organizational changes, including restructuring, integrations, and cultural shifts.</p> <p>Serve as a key advisor on human capital risks and opportunities during periods of change.</p> <p>Oversee the execution of system-wide HR initiatives within assigned business units.</p> <p>Ensure consistent application of HR policies and practices across multiple sites and teams.</p> <p>Utilize internal and external data to inform HR strategy, identify emerging trends, and design innovative solutions.</p> <p>Develop and maintain reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives and support continuous improvement.</p> <p>Lead and develop a team of HR professionals across multiple locations, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.</p> <p>Build HR competencies and business acumen within the team to enhance strategic partnership capabilities.</p> <p>Champion organizational values and hold leaders accountable for modeling behaviors that support well-being, engagement, and belonging.</p> <p>Act as a cultural steward, ensuring alignment between business practices and enterprise values.</p> <p>Exercises financial stewardship in all activities for the organization.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor's Degree or higher is required</p> <p>Master's Degree is preferred</p> <p>10 years of relevant experience is required</p> <p>5 or more years of progressive leadership experience is required.</p> <p>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.</p> <p>PHR / SPHR certification preferred</p> <p>Preferred Requirements</p> <p>Share:</p>
