<p>Customer QE Description</p> <ul> <li>Problem analysis and mistake-proofing countermeasure investigation and evaluation </li><li>Review and evaluate process changes </li><li>Work to resolve customer quality concerns by facilitating activity with Internal QAE, manufacturing and production engineering personnel </li><li>Create clear quality standards and ensure their implementation [Key Quality Check Standard, Critical Process Check Standards, Daily Production and Quality Standard, QA data sheets.] </li></ul> <p>o Develop check fixtures and evaluation methods to confirm product quality.</p> <p>o Ensure test methods, equipment and programming is correct.</p> <p>o Assist the development of test fixtures and procedures for new programs and identify continuous improvement ideas for current and new products.</p> <ul> <li>Timely investigation and disposition of product abnormalities. </li><li>Ensure that department reports and distribution are timely and accurate for both within and outside the department and company </li><li>New product preparation and evaluation.
