This role establishes and enforces the standards, policies, decision frameworks, and governance mechanisms that enable effective cross-functional planning and executive decision-making across demand, supply, inventory, and financial alignment.</p> <p>As the enterprise authority on SIOP process integrity and maturity, this leader ensures planning decisions follow defined trade-off principles, risk management standards, and financial guardrails.
