<p>Your role As a Manufacturing Engineer in our Manufacturing Production team, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative production processes to ensure the efficency, quality and safety of our production of engineered to order centrifugal compressors Your will collaborate cross-functionally to drive the optimization of manufacturing layouts, enhance production operations, and ensure compliance with regulations.You will report to the Manufacturing Team Leader. You will Technical & Process Expertise: Provide technical support and training in welding and paintaing process. Ensure Compliance with welding codes and hazardous materials reporting. Develop and implement paint/coating processes and support welder testing. Engineering & Design Collaboration: Participate in design reviews and customer inspections. Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure manufacturing compatability. Review customer specifications and support documentation of standards. Continuous Improvement: Apply lean principles (Kaizen, value stream mapping, 5S) to improve efficiency. Contribute to companywide process improvements and cost reduction initiatives. Project & Investment Support: Prepare capital investment proposals and manage approved budgets. Leadership & Operational Support:Provide direction to manufacturing teams and support daily operations. You hold a Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or similar engineering discipline. You have at least one year of using an ERP system and MS Office software. You have knowledge of lean manufacturing and agile engineering principles. You have knowledge of welding and painting processes.
