<p>Position Description:</p> <p>In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for KPA's teams, identifying and hiring qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the organization. You will play a crucial role in attracting top talent and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. This position is slated as a temporary contract position with an estimated end date of December 31st, 2025.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring teams </li><li>Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information </li><li>Work with hiring managers to refine job requirements to effectively market KPA and their position to top tier talent. </li><li>Partner with hiring managers to drive the recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding new hires. </li><li>Use a variety of interviewing methods to screen for candidate performance and skills in their previous roles. </li><li>Manage the candidate experience by communicating regularly with respect. </li><li>Aid in the retention of engaged employees through the onboarding of employees and through activities meant to celebrate team members and business success. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experienced in full-cycle recruitment across a wide variety of roles, including technical (software engineering) and business (sales, marketing, etc.) functions. Strong preference for candidates with experience recruiting for a software (SaaS) company. </li><li>Proficient with a variety of recruitment tools, including ATS (Lever or similar preferred), and online assessment tools like Predictive Index. </li><li>Well-versed in recruitment best practices that allow you to identify top talent while ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience </li><li>Keep on target with key recruitment metrics such as time to fill </li><li>Act as a brand ambassador for the organization, effectively communicating KPA's core values and culture to candidates. </li><li>Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout </li><li>the recruitment process. </li></ul> <p>Success Criteria:</p> <ul> <li>Able to learn new positions and effectively identify candidates that align with the position requirements </li><li>Effective communication skills with a variety of personalities, across various levels of seniority (including our C-suite) </li><li>Proactive and successfully able to work autonomously </li><li>Adaptable, able to keep organized and prioritize multiple open positions </li><li>Able to quickly build rapport and ensure recruitment operations runs smoothly for all assigned positions </li></ul> <p>Compensation:</p> <ul> <li>Hourly rate between $28-35 commensurate with experience. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
