<p>Cloud Finance Business Analyst</p> <p>Must-Have</p> <ul> <li>8 to 12+ years of experience in business analyst/ERP implementation </li><li>Proven track record of leading successful ERP projects </li><li>Strong understanding of ERP Cloud systems, modules (GL/AP/AR/FA/CM/Tax) and with good understanding of Business Process Flows </li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into actionable plans </li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders </li><li>Experience with cloud-based ERP solutions and integration methodologies. </li><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and translate complex concepts into actionable plans </li><li>Responsible for requirement gathering, designing and solutioning on Finance Cloud ERP. </li></ul> <p>Good-to-Have</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of Agile and tools like JIRA, Flexdeploy </li><li>Should have good Communication skills and analytical skills. </li><li>Interact with business users and understand the business requirements to convert them into technical specifications and strong data analysis skills to close the gaps in the project. </li><li>Attitude to learn new technologies depending on Project need. </li><li>Should be able to work independently. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range- $110,000-$130,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-OJ1</p> <p>#LI-DR1</p>
